The demand for rain boots in industrial scenarios far exceeds that of ordinary civilian products, and multiple challenges in complex working conditions need to be addressed. Chemical, construction, mining and other industries have long faced extreme environments such as strong acid and alkali corrosion, oil penetration, sharp punctures, and muddy and slippery environments, and must also meet international safety compliance requirements such as OSHA and EN ISO 20345.
PVC rain boots adopt PVC alloy formula, add nitrile rubber (NBR) to enhance chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance is increased by 50%, the sole has a built-in Kevlar fiber interlayer, and the puncture resistance strength reaches 1100N, far exceeding the national standard 400N requirement; through 24-hour acid and alkali penetration resistance (pH 1-14 no penetration), wet anti-slip coefficient 0.68 (ASTM F2913 standard), -25℃ low temperature embrittlement resistance and other rigorous tests, to ensure reliability in extreme environments; built-in EVA + memory foam composite insole disperses the pressure on the sole, and the double-layer sealing ring design has a waterproof depth of 50cm, taking into account protection and comfort.
